Continuous Motion at UVA Packaging

Continuous motion these days is a generic term that is used for various different motion technologies in the packaging industry. Continuous motion is often praised for it high speed capabilities but also for its prevention of product breakage. In the market we see four different continuous motion technologies referred to as Roto-motion, Box-motion, D-motion and Free Form D-motion.

UVA offers Free Form D-motion

UVA Packaging exclusively offers Free Form D-Motion with Automatic Motion Algorithm Control AMAC®. With Free Form D-motion the movement of the cross seal jaws is optimised in three dimensions considering former size and film type. The benefits of AMAC is that the machine always moves smooth and gentle which results in best in class bag quality at any speed.
